Is a freight forwarder the same as a shipping line?
No. Shipping lines and airlines own the ships and planes. A freight forwarder like us books space with them on your behalf and takes care of the paperwork, customs and delivery.
Do you collect from my address?
Yes — collection and delivery are part of our door-to-door service. Include both addresses in your enquiry.
Can storage and customs clearing be included?
Yes. We can include storage and customs clearing in the same arrangement, so one team handles everything.
Will my quote include every cost?
Your quote lists the services and charges for your shipment. Some costs — such as customs duties and taxes — are set by the authorities and depend on your goods. We explain these clearly so there are no surprises.
